by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If you requested the commencement of services during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up until the time you notify us of your withdrawal in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and began executing the service only after receiving your explicit consent along with your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
